Rectangular Prisms
When calculating the surface area of a rectangular prism, you need to find the area of each "face" on a 3-Dimensional shape. This means you will have to calculate the area of at least 3 rectangles.
Triangular Prisms
When calculating the surface area of a triangular prism, you need to find the area of each of the faces.
This means you will need to find the area of 2 triangles and 3 rectangles, and add those amounts together.
